Patient Stratification, Unmet Needs and the Next Innovation Wave: Indivumed and the Onco AI-Med Advisory Board Chart the Path to the Clinic

Indivumed recently brought together its international Onco AI-Med Advisory Board for a strategic exchange on its therapeutic programs and pipeline — and on the bigger questions shaping the future of precision oncology drug development.

Collaboration is at the heart of meaningful cancer research

Which patient populations will remain underserved despite today's and tomorrow's therapies? Where is the next innovation wave in oncology headed? And what does it truly take to move a program from preclinical development into the clinic – efficiently, intelligently and with the right patients in mind? These are the questions that drove our recent meeting with the Onco AI-Med Advisory Board.

An advisory board shaping clinical relevance

Bringing together leading oncologists and translational cancer researchers from North America, Europe and Asia, the meeting was designed to go beyond a pipeline review. At the heart of the discussions: patient stratification and unmet needs in colorectal cancer and other solid tumors, the next innovation wave in oncology, and, critically, how to move programs confidently from preclinical development into first-in-human studies. Alongside these broader strategic questions, the Board also reflected on our evolving therapeutic programs and pipeline – endorsing Indivumed's prioritized therapeutic target portfolio and supporting the advancement of selected programs into the next stages of development.

From patient biology to therapeutic opportunity

The Onco AI-Med Board isn't a formal review panel – it's a working group of committed experts who bring direct clinical experience and translational insight to bear on the real challenges of getting innovative therapies to patients. Built on more than two decades of scientific relationships, the Board's perspectives are particularly valuable as we continue to advance our Patient x Target x Modality approach.

“Successful precision oncology requires more than identifying interesting targets. You have to connect patient biology, target biology and therapeutic strategy from the outset. The scientific framework Indivumed has built does exactly that - and their pipeline reflects it.”
