Indivumed is utilizing its biobank samples and fresh cultivated tissues to study pathway activity in biospecimen that represent molecular reality of patients. A special feature is analyzing molecular drug response in primary cells and cultivated tissues (see: Drug profiling).
Methodological Indivumed is using different techniques such as
- MesoScaleDiscovery
- Immunohistochemistry using validated antibodies for, e.g., growth factor and phosphoprotein staining
- Conventional techniques, e.g. Western Blotting
